I kind of loved this movie and was engaged from start till end. Baby George got into a plane crash in a jungle, stayed alive and was adopted by a wise ape. Ursula Stanhope, US noble woman is saved from death on safari by grown-up George, and he takes her to jungle to live with him. He slowly learns a rules of human relationships, while Ursula’s lover Lyle is looking for her and the one who took her. After they are found, Ursula takes George to the USA.If you are the guy that cant laugh and watch a movie purely for entertainment, this movie is not for you, but if you can loose up and just laugh, this is one of the best.

This movie is of the type that doesnt take anything seriously. Unlike other “cracy comedy” movies like “The Naked Gun”, GotJ have a very warm and child-friendly humor that even adults can laugh to.GotJ is in all a parody of tarzan. A boy is rised by apes, a woman ends up in the same forest, they meet, and fall in love. Adding to the story GotJ is filled with loveable characters (except for George himself). We have the elephant that behaves like a humongous sized dog, the over intelligent talking gorilla, three swahilian carries that always mock the bad white guy (fiance with the woman).Deep in the African jungle, a baby named George, the sole survivor of a plane crash, is raised by gorillas. George grows up to be a buff and lovable klutz who has a rain forest full of animal friends: Tookie, his big-beaked toucan messenger; Ape, a witty talking gorilla; and Shep, a peanut-loving pooch of an elephant. But when poachers mess with George’s pals, the King Of Swing swings into action.
